1. About IRVB

The International Records Verification Bureau (IRVB) is an independent international authority for document verification, authentication, and certification. IRVB operates an online platform that allows individuals and organisations to submit documents for official verification and receive internationally recognised certificates of authenticity.

Our services are available to individuals, businesses, and institutions worldwide subject to these Terms of Service.

2. Account registration

To access IRVB services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate personal information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify IRVB immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account
• Not create accounts for others without their explicit consent

IRVB reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.

3. Document submission

When submitting documents for verification, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the rightful owner or authorised representative of the document
• All documents submitted are genuine and have not been altered or falsified
• You have the legal right to submit the document for verification
• The document does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
• The information provided about the document is accurate and complete

Submission of falsified, forged, or fraudulent documents is a serious offence and may result in immediate account termination, reporting to relevant authorities, and potential legal action.

4. Fees and payments

IRVB charges fees for document verification services. All fees are clearly displayed before submission. By submitting a document for verification, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

• Fees are non-refundable once the verification process has commenced
• Payment must be made via the accepted methods displayed on the platform
• You must upload proof of payment (receipt) for your submission to be processed
• IRVB reserves the right to modify fees with reasonable notice
• Fraudulent payment claims will result in immediate account suspension

5. Verification certificates

IRVB verification certificates are issued following a thorough review of submitted documents. Each certificate:

• Is assigned a unique verification code that can be independently verified
• Remains valid unless explicitly revoked by IRVB
• May include an expiry date as specified at the time of issuance
• Represents IRVB's professional assessment at the time of verification

IRVB reserves the right to revoke or suspend any verification certificate if it determines that the underlying document was fraudulent, the verification was obtained through misrepresentation, or other circumstances warrant revocation.

6. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the IRVB platform to:

• Submit forged, altered, or fraudulent documents
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or IRVB staff

7. Limitation of liability

IRVB provides verification services based on the documents and information submitted. While we exercise professional diligence in our verification process:

• IRVB is not liable for decisions made by third parties based on our verification certificates
• IRVB's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific verification service
• IRVB is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability

8. Changes to terms

IRVB reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
